Included with your purchase is a 30-Day Free Trial of Gold Software and 1-Year of Free Basic Software. Software packages are purchased separately during product setup/registration after receiving your Launch Pro device. Full software unlock available only on Gold.
Return Policy
Launch Pro device returns accepted within 30 days of shipment, subject to 20% restocking fee.
International Use
Launch Pro is designed and developed for use within the United States. To use all functions of the Launch Pro, the device requires internet connection within the United States at least once every 45 days. After 45 days, the unit will no longer connect to apps or software and a screen will prompt you to connect to the internet to restore all functions. Attempts to mask location may result in unit being disabled.
